Paramount Pictures release the trailer for director Martin Scorsese's Shutter Island based on author Dennis Lehane's 2003 suspense novel published by William Morrow. The 1950s set thriller Shutter Island stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Michelle Williams, Max Von Sydow, Emily Mortimer, Jackie Earle Haley, Patricia Clarkson, Christopher Denham and Curtiss Cook.



Shutter Island [Ashecliffe]: Two U.S. Marshalls are sent to a federal institution for the criminally insane located in Boston's Outer Harbor to capture a violent female escapee. The film hits theaters on Thursday, November 22.
