Singer and academy award nominee Juliette Lewis took to her second v[ideo][b]log to announce her upcoming opening act tour with The Pretenders and Cat Power for United States dates in August and September 2009. And her new album - Terra Incognita - drops Tuesday, September 01 with tracks produced by uber-sounder Omar Rodriguez-Lopez of Mars Volta.
