Last night, we went to Shane Alexander record release party, The Sky Below, which is a must-have disc, and made a musical connection to Chris Pierce's uproar performance. Alexander's The Sky Below album is not to be missed and Chris Pierce's Walking On The Earth is a great companion disc as well.
Congratulations to all of the musicians and thanks to bass player Chad Crawford for the invite and fun night of great music.

We stayed up past our bedtime to attend What Made Milwaukee Famous, Film School, Ladies and Gents and Pity Party show at Spaceland, and it was worth the lost sleep and late-night drive.
Pity Party is Spaceland's resident band on Monday nights for the month of February. Thanks again to Avatar Khalsa of Ladies and Gents for the invite.
